Mom jeans have been quite the trend in the last year or so but I always found them really hard to style. Am I the only one? The online retailers and celebrities look so good in them and then you get them at home and you are like what do I do with this? I know I can’t be the only one that feels that way. They are extremely comfortable but I just couldn’t figure out how exactly I should style them but then…
One fine evening, I was scrolling through social media and I came across this picture of Emily Ratajkowski and was like wow!! She is wearing mom jeans and she is doing a damn good job at it. I absolutely love her street style, I mean she can and she does carry ANY outfit so effortlessly. Everything you see her wearing, I think most of us own as it is so recreating it was super simple and so BASIC.
I love the way the the look turned out. It is comfortable, easy to wear, you can accessorize with statement earrings if you prefer or not.
I am not the turtle neck type so this isn’t an exact recreation of her outfit but I think that is what is so great about being inspired by celebrity style. You can make it fit to YOU and YOUR style. I prefer boatneck neckline so I opted to wear that with my pair of mom jeans!
